Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands within 36 hours and shipped exclusively to addresses within the European Union via DHL Express. Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and your order details.
Peptavia is not liable for misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products after delivery. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
